Fees

We at The Becker Law Firm take great pride in putting our clients’ needs first.  All document preparation services are performed under a fixed-fee arrangement and include the signed originals, bound copies, and PDF copies on CD.  The fee is disclosed before any engagement letter is signed and is dependent upon the scope of engagement, the complexity of the matters at hand, and the course of action the client desires.

Complementary consultation meetings help establish clients’ needs and the appropriate course of action.  It is important to us that clients understand how their needs will be addressed to accomplish their goals.

       Each LLC or corporation requires a registered agent in the state of its organization or incorporation.  As your registered agent, The Becker Law Firm will:

  • Accept tax and legal documents on behalf of your business, making sure you don’t miss important information regarding tax payments, annual registration fees, lawsuits, or judgments involving your business
  • Remind you of upcoming compliance requirements and deadlines, such as the due date for the annual report required by the state
  • Monitor your company’s status in the state of organization or incorporation

 

Note:   The fee for all services includes only the drafting, revising, and signing of the initial documents.  Clients will be charged additional fees for any changes or amendments made after the original document has been signed.
